What You Will Do:
  • Deliver high-quality neonatal nursing care within the Neonatal Unit
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for newborns
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, supporting their development
  • Communicate with families, providing guidance and reassurance
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in line with policies
