This exciting role is available to start ASAP and runs through until 28 February 2026. – Care for ventilated and sedated patients with competence and confidence.
– Skillfully manage inotrope support, arterial lines, and central lines.
– Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
– Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a supportive and learning-focused environment.
– Uphold the highest standards of nursing care in line with hospital policies and procedures.Essential Requirements:– Must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
– Holding a Critical Care qualification is preferred, demonstrating advanced expertise in your field.
