About the roleWe're looking for a proactive and highly organised Facilities Manager to deliver an efficient, compliant, and responsive service that supports frontline policing.In this key role, you'll ensure police buildings, custody suites, and operational environments are safe, secure, and fit for purpose. You'll align facilities delivery with strategic priorities while maintaining high standards of Health & Safety compliance, including safe systems of work and regulatory requirements.You'll lead and coordinate Facilities staff, manage projects, contracts, and budgets, and act as the main point of contact for estates and maintenance.
