Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments Maintain accurate patient records and handle confidential information Process patient check-ins if required Handle prescription requests, liaising with clinicians and pharmacies as required Carry out general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry.
