Our client seeks a Receptionist to join their team. Role Profile: You will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting clients and visitors, and providing administrative support to the office. Key Responsibilities: Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanour. Manage the front desk area and meeting rooms to ensure they are tidy and presentable. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries from clients and visitors. Provide general administrative support to the office, including arranging meetings, handling correspondence, disbursements and logging of incoming cheques. Receive, sort and distribute mail and deliveries as well as managing outgoing mail and courier services. Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders for supplies as needed. Arranging director's lunches. Indexing. Collecting the post. Hand deliveries and Collections.. Other duties as may be requested from time to time to assist the office administrator. Key Skills and Experience: 5 GCSE's including Maths and English at grade C minimum. Full, clean driving licence essential. Previous experience in a customer facing role. Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and attitude. Ability to handle confidential and/or sensitive information in accordance with GDPR regulations.
