Job SummaryThe Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with all business customers in the Isle of Man, ranging from government departments and large enterprises to SMEs. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role focuses on delivering exceptional service, driving revenue growth, and supporting the company's mission . Acting as a trusted advisor, the Account Manager will ensure solutions meet clients' operational and sustainability goals while navigating diverse customer needs.Required experience includes:Proven experience in B2B account management or sales within energy, utilities, or related sectors.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with business clients.Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.Knowledge of Isle of Man market dynamics and regulatory environment is highly desirable
