Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced and technically strong Client Accounting Manager to lead our Client Accounting Team and oversee the preparation of high-quality trust and company accounts.What You'll DoPrepare and review trust and company financial statements (UK GAAP / FRS 102).Oversee bookkeeping for trust and corporate structures.Assess accounting implications of complex transactions.Liaise with administrators, auditors, tax advisers, and external professionals.Manage team workflow, performance, mentoring, and development.Maintain strong financial controls and support audit processes.What You'll BringProven experience preparing Isle of Man trust and company accounts.Strong technical accounting knowledge (including UK GAAP / FRS 102).Excellent communication skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.Strong organisational skills and sound professional judgement.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).DesirableACA / ACCA qualification.Experience in a TCSP, trust, fiduciary, or private client environment.Exposure to multi-jurisdictional structures and audit processes.Team leadership or supervisory experience.
