Job descriptionOverviewOne of our clients who provide corporate and fiduciary services to clients around the world is experiencing growth within the business and is looking to expand the team with the addition of a Senior Administrator within the Fund Services team.Reporting to the Associate Director of Fund Services, the Senior Administrator will:
  • Promote the highest standards of client relationship management
  • Act as a Senior Administrator for a portfolio of Collective Investment Schemes, specifically Exempt and Exempt Type Schemes
  • Assist with the management and review of investments and other client assets, including review of related documentation
  • Preparation of minutes and resolutions, including preparation of quarterly board packs
  • Opening and managing client bank accounts, including preparing payment instructions
  • Undertake relevant Statutory Filing
  • Process Financial Transactions such as Subscriptions, Redemptions, Capital Calls and Distributions
  • Ensure compliance with Funds Legislation, Offering Documents, Investment parameters and associated obligations
  • Maintaining Company records, including Investor due diligence and periodic risk reviews
The ideal candidate for the role of Senior Administrator role will have:
  • A minimum of 2 years' funds experience
  • Experienced in Financial Services (Trust and Company) administration functions
  • History of high-quality delivery of client service
  • Good organisation and control of own workflow
  • Understanding of the importance of and application of strong corporate governance
  • Initiative-taking and can work under pressure
  • A practical understanding and application of high-quality client service delivery
  • Ability to identify problems and resolve
  • Good verbal, written communication, and people skills, with the ability to present concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to identify, mitigate and manage operational risk and controls within own area
  • Clear understanding of regulatory requirements
  • Ability to deal with clients and professional advisors thereby showing a commitment to providing a quality service
  • Able to work on own initiative and to be highly disciplined
