As part of the Senior Nursing Team for Scheduled Care, youll also have the chance to help shape the service at a strategic level. This role calls for someone who leads by example - a positive role model with significant postregistration experience, degreelevel education, and confidence in managing and motivating others. Youll develop a highperforming team, promote continuous learning, drive professional excellence and ensure resources are used effectively.
