Our client seeks a Graduate Trainee Accountant to join their team. As a Graduate Trainee Chartered Accountant in the Isle of Man, you will be a fundamental part of a multi-disciplinary team, working closely with clients delivering efficient and effective assurance services. What's more, you won't always find yourself in a purely office-based role, you will be encouraged to work with clients on their own sites when this is practical and efficient. Key Responsibilities: You will be expected to execute work efficiently, delivering excellent service and bringing the full breadth of the group's capability to support UKI industry sector clients. You will train towards obtaining your ACA professional qualification in a supportive and enthusiastic environment. Preparing accurate assurance documentation for review. Take ownership for nominated audit area(s) and/or delivery and completion of smaller clients. Gaining an in-depth knowledge of the audit process to develop knowledgeComplete work allocated by direct supervisor within budget and deadlines. Gain knowledge on engagements of client/business issues, e.g. by using the firm's knowledge resources. Gather and analyse data, and perform detailed audit testing. Key Skills and attributes for success: Strong motivation to study towards the ICAEW ACA qualification. To qualify for the role you must have a 2:1 honours degree in any discipline. Ideally, you'll also have knowledge of current trends/issues affecting the UKI industry sector markets in the UKI region. Strong communicationand team working skills.
