Key responsibilities will be: Reporting to the Directors of WOS; maintaining day to day accounting records for a number of Companies and overseeing purchase ledger and credit control. Assisting with the preparation of the monthly management accounts and management information. Preparation and review of bank reconciliations and cash flow requirements for companies and trusts. Liaising with banks regarding transactions, KYC requirements etc. Arranging for notarising and apostilling of documents when required. Other administrative functions as required. Role Requirements are: 3 - 5 years' experience in a similar role. Experience of VAT returns essential. Experience of VT Accounts package beneficial. High level of accuracy is essential as is the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines and the ability to be a good team player.
