About the roleAre you ready to take the lead on the business operations of a large secondary school and ensure everything behind the scenes runs at its best?As School Business Manager at Ballakermeen High School, you will oversee the financial, operational and site wide functions that support an effective learning environment. You will guide key processes, strengthen planning, grow income streams and champion Health and Safety across a complex estate. Working closely with senior leaders, the Site Manager, the Canteen Manager and their teams, you will manage people, coordinate projects, work with contractors and keep the school safe, efficient and well maintained.This role allows you to apply your organisational strength, people management experience and financial understanding in a setting where your decisions have real influence.
