  • Taking formal insolvency appointments and managing a diverse portfolio of cases from initiation to completion.
  • Offering strategic advice to distressed businesses, creditors, and stakeholders.
  • Leading and mentoring a dedicated insolvency team, fostering their growth and development.
  • Engaging with local businesses and financial institutions, solidifying existing relationships and forging new ones.
  • Keeping abreast of legislative changes and best practices within the insolvency and wider financial sector.
Requirements:
  • Recognised qualification as an Insolvency Practitioner.
  • Proven track record in handling a broad spectrum of insolvency cases.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and negotiation abilities.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
