LV Home Care are looking for a Community Support Worker to join our lovely and dedicated team in the SOUTH to provide high quality domiciliary care for our clients. We are looking for enthusiastic, compassionate, respectful, honest and caring support workers with good communication and interpersonal skills. As a support worker you will support our clients remain in their own homes, assisting them with a variety of tasks such as personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, light household tasks, accompanying them to their appointments and shopping, welfare checks and companionship. We are committed to delivering the highest standards of person-centred care and striving for excellence to enrich the lives of our clients. Qualification and experience are preferred but not essential as full training will be given. Applicants must have full driver's license and have access to their own vehicle. An enhanced DBS check is required for this role which will be processed by LV once the position is offered, and accepted by successful applicant. Competitive rates of pay, 4 weeks pro-rata paid holiday and mileage pay on top of hourly rate. You will always have the support of management team 24/7. Successful applicant will be entitled to a sign-on bonus. You will also be eligible to join the Company Pension Scheme plus Health Plan Entitlement after passing your probation period.
