Key Responsibilities: Cleanse, validate, and optimise HR data within PeopleHR (Access) to improve data integrity and reporting accuracy. Map and redesign HR processes across the full employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire). Improve and automate HR workflows to reduce manual administrative overhead. Support payroll system upgrades, ensuring seamless alignment between HR, payroll, and finance datasets. Identify and implement digital HR solutions (forms, automation tools, workflow platforms). Develop advanced HR reporting structures to support decision-making and workforce analytics. Analyse and rationalise HR data storage across multiple systems and platforms. Support GDPR audit and compliance initiatives, ensuring data governance, transparency, and traceability. Required Skills & Experience: Strong experience in HRIS systems, workforce data management, and HR system optimisation. Proven expertise in payroll data and HR-payroll integrations. Experience with integration data pipelines and HR data architecture. Hands-on experience with WINGSI or equivalent HR/payroll systems. Strong capability in data cleansing, structuring, and governance. Experience in HR process mapping and workflow automation. Background in HR transformation or system implementation projects. Mandatory Requirements: Active Workday Data Consultant Certification. Minimum 2 full-cycle Workday data load implementations. Practical experience using Workday tools such as iLoad (or equivalent data migration tools).
