The role will involve general site duties including assisting trades, maintaining site cleanliness, handling materials, and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure projects run efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well as part of a team. Previous construction experience is beneficial but not essential, as training and development opportunities will be provided for the right individual. A full driving licence is essential due to the requirement to travel between sites.
