• Manage and deliver pharmaceutical care within the oncology department, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Participate in the development and implementation of clinical guidelines, procedures, and protocols within the oncology spectrum.

• Must hold GPHC Registration.
• Demonstrated experience working as a Pharmacist within a UK-based NHS Pharmacy setting is essential.
