20% of taxi fares are covered, helping reduce travel costs while exploring the island.What You Will DoProvide rehabilitation and occupational therapy interventions to patients within acute medical and frailty wards.Complete functional assessments and develop patient-centred treatment plans for elderly patients.Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to support effective discharge planning.Deliver therapeutic interventions aimed at improving independence and functional ability.Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to high standards of patient care.Support safe discharge planning and community transition for patients.RequirementsHCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.Experience working within acute hospital settings, particularly frailty or elderly care wards.Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills.Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.Why Work in the Isle of ManLiving and working in the Isle of Man offers a unique and rewarding lifestyle.
