We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer focused Seasonal Hotel Receptionist (up to and including October) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in delivering an excellent guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and check in guests in a courteous and professional manner. Handle guest check-outs, billing, and payments accurately. Manage room reservations and respond to inquiries (phone, email, walk-ins). Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions. Maintain accurate records and update the reservation system. Requirements: Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is preferred but not essential as training will be given. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management systems (an advantage). Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
