Our client seeks an Administrator to join their team for a temporary contract. Key Responsibilities: Supporting members of the public in using new online systems (full training provided). Answering queries and providing guidance. Preparing envelopes and assisting with mail-outs. General administrative and processing duties. Key Skills & Experience: Previous office or administrative experience. Strong customer service and communication skills. Confident using computers and learning new systems. Friendly, approachable, and able to work with the public.
