– Utilize your expertise in areas such as the Baby Friendly Initiative or induction of labour.Requirements for the role:To excel in this role, you must be a Registered Midwife with an active NMC registration, holding a degree in a relevant field. Ideally, you will also have a Masters-level qualification. A minimum of 3–5 years of post-registration experience in diverse clinical settings is essential. You should possess a proven ability to lead and manage a team, alongside strong IT, communication, and negotiation skills. Previous experience with clinical audits, risk management, and service quality improvement is also necessary.
