We are looking for a capable and charismatic General Manager to lead the overall performance of the venue, ensuring exceptional guest experience and consistently high standards across every area of the business. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for customer satisfaction, team performance, operational standards, and results. The successful candidate will lead from the front and be prepared to work shifts during busy periods. We are looking for someone who is able to make every guest feel genuinely welcome, someone who notices the little things that matter to customers and is ready to step in and solve problems whenever they arise.
