Key Responsibilities: Respond to queries from members, banks, and solicitors. Assist with vessel entries, documentation, and AP declarations. Maintain ship tracking records and support due diligence processes. Liaise with internal teams and external partners. Provide general administrative support. About You: Strong communication and customer service skills. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
