- Create and submit annual AEI reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Lead and support Annual Processing activities.
- Support Recalcitrant customer work.
- Conduct procedural reviews and support process mapping exercises.
- Maintain up-to-date AEI regulatory knowledge and apply it to operational procedures and reporting requirements.
- Carry out impact assessments for system or process changes.
- Act as a key liaison between business areas, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Participate in testing, implementation activities, and team training.
- Support the team by handling complex queries and escalations.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to enhance processes, improve quality and increase capacity.
- Ensure the team delivers high-quality reporting ahead of tight deadlines.
- Work with colleagues to allocate work effectively, adjusting plans as needed to meet business demands.
- A commitment to working in line with Zurich's Values.
- Experience in Operational Delivery (preferred).
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, especially Excel.
- Excellent holistic problem-solving abilities.
