Key Responsibilities: Handle all front of house enquiries and assist with correspondence with clients, contractors and stakeholders to support business growth and project coordination across the company and wider group. Provide personal assistant and secretarial support to the Board, coordinating diaries, schedule meetings, and handle email correspondence; Oversee office administration tasks, including filing, document preparation, and data entry; Coordinate diaries, schedule meetings, and handle email correspondence; Oversee bookkeeping, preparing invoices and tracking expenses for the accountant; Compile and maintain project and company records. Ideal Candidate: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. A good IT proficiency and ability to adapt to different software. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Bookkeeping experience. Previous administrative or secretarial and bookkeeping experience is essential.
