Equiom is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Executive Director, Indirect Tax to lead and grow our Indirect Tax service line, encompassing VAT, Customs & Excise services. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for the Indirect Tax function, with responsibility for driving revenue growth, developing client relationships and ensuring the highest standards of technical excellence and compliance delivery. The successful candidate will lead a team of specialists, develop the service offering and play a key role in strengthening Equiom's position in the market. The role also includes participation on the Local Board, contributing to governance and strategic discussions for the jurisdiction. Key Responsibilities: Service Line Leadership & Growth. Define and deliver the strategic business plan for the Indirect Tax service line, aligned with jurisdictional and Group objectives. Drive revenue growth and profitability across the VAT, Customs & Excise portfolio. Identify and convert new business opportunities through client engagement, intermediary relationships and cross service collaboration. Work closely with colleagues across Corporate Services, Private Wealth and other service lines to deliver integrated client solutions. Represent Equiom at industry events and client engagements to strengthen market presence and develop strategic relationships. Monitor financial performance of the service line, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
