Role Purpose Sunset Lakes cater for a wide range of events from birthday parties, weddings and other significant events such as TT and MGP. We will be opening our bar service from May 2026 and need a number of casual staff that can work Thursday - Sunday as and when required. The ideal candidate will have experience of working events and in restuarants, and familiar with bar service and waiting on tables providing a first class service to our customers. You must be able to demonstate this in your application and be over 21. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality drinks and serve them with consistency and falir. Uphold the Isle of Man licensing regulations and ensure the safe operations of bars making sure those regulations are upheld at all times. Ideally you will have been an authorised or responsible person or be willing to undertake this training. Ensure smooth daily operations, including stock management, waste reduction, and cleanliness Deliver excellent guest service, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere Support café and events. Uphold health, safety, and food hygiene standards at all times. Skills & Experience Proven experience as bar and waiting on tables - cocktail making as distinct advantage. Able to work as part of a wider team and in a fast paced enviroment.
