This role is a limited term appointment for 10 months.About the roleAre you a registered Pharmacy Technician ready for a fresh challenge where your expertise truly shapes patient care?Join Manx Care's Medicines Optimisation Team as a Pharmacy Technician and take on a role that spans GP surgeries, Care Homes, community services and specialist areas. You'll carry out audits, support medication reviews, contribute to multidisciplinary meetings, analyse prescribing trends and provide clear guidance to patients and staff on the safe, effective use of medicines.You'll join a team that values collaboration, clear communication and a shared commitment to improving outcomes across the Isle of Man. Working closely with Pharmacists, practice teams and care staff, you'll strengthen medicines management systems and support high quality, cost effective prescribing.
