The role focuses on relationship-led business development, working with high-net-worth individuals, private clients, and international networks to identify and develop new opportunities. The successful candidate will play a key role in building trusted relationships, expanding our presence in target markets, and contributing to a structured pipeline of prospective clients. This position requires the ability to operate across multiple jurisdictions and culturally diverse environments, particularly within Pakistan, India, South Asia, and other emerging markets. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through international networks and professional relationships Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, private clients, and intermediaries Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients aligned with commercial objectives Conduct market and stakeholder analysis to identify emerging opportunities Prepare proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials Engage with clients to support cross-border business activities Represent the organisation in meetings, networking engagements, and international forums Maintain accurate records of business development activity and pipeline progression Work collaboratively with internal teams to support overall business strategy Requirements Minimum 10-15 years' experience in business development, client relationship management, or partnership-led roles within international environments Demonstrated experience engaging with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions and culturally diverse markets Proven ability to build and maintain trusted professional relationships Strong understanding of cross-border commercial or financial environments Background in financial planning, budgeting, or financial oversight, with the ability to engage credibly with high-value clients Experience operating within structured or compliance-driven environments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Desirable Working knowledge of Urdu, Arabic, or Mandarin Experience engaging with high-net-worth individuals or private client networks Exposure to markets in South Asia, or similar regions Professional certification (e.g. CIA, ACCA or equivalent) Multilingual capability and strong cultural awareness This role is suited to candidates with international exposure and strong stakeholder engagement experience, who can leverage professional networks and financial understanding to support business development activities.
