Product Compliance Manager

• Carrying out technical compliance gap assessments/analyses across the relevant jurisdictions/markets in order to correctly advise the relevant teams on the implementation of technical solutions/products
• Reporting any identified technical compliance risks and gaps and proposing compliant technical solutions and driving their implementation
• Act as a point of contact with Accredited Test Labs and technical consultants and build strong working relationships
• Supporting the Studio teams with the change management procedures of the devices and hardware RNGs for the assigned markets
• Periodically revising policies/procedures with the aim to identify potential risks and/or issues
• Be a bridge between the compliance team and the technical teams
• Translate regulatory requirements into understandable technical language for developers
• Undertake ongoing quarterly and annual technical audits with regulatory bodies
• Perform detailed analysis of current products with new or amended regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance

• Online gaming experience (B2B or B2C)
• Regulated market experience (e.g. UK, Denmark, Spain)
• Experience interpreting and advising on technical regulations, requirements, and standards across relevant jurisdictions/markets
• Clear communicator (written and verbal)
• Highly organised and proactive
• Experience and knowledge of Change Management systems, requirements, and reporting obligations in multiple regulated markets
• Experience interacting with Regulators if/where required on technical compliance matters including producing reports for regulators as may be required
• Multi-product knowledge e.g. Sportsbook, Live Casino
