As a Senior Service Desk Engineer, you'll provide first and second line support across the Group, ensuring systems run smoothly, securely and efficiently. You'll collaborate closely with the wider Technology team, contribute to key projects and help enhance the overall user experience for colleagues across our 12 locations. We're looking for someone proactive, customer focused and technically curious, with a passion for improving how technology supports the business. Essential: Strong experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory. Hands on knowledge of Azure, Intune and endpoint management. Excellent troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and networking. Outstanding customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team. Desirable: ITIL Foundation certification. Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Administration or Security & Mobility certifications. Experience with ServiceNow or similar service management tools. Windows Server administration experience.
