Support individuals to develop life skills, build confidence and take part in meaningful activities.
Residential Support Worker - £31,816 to £40,230 pro rata per annum
Provide daily living and personal care support within residential settings, maintaining a safe and positive home environment.
Senior Residential Support Worker - £37,204 to £43,466 pro rata per annum
Lead and support teams, ensuring high standards of care while promoting independence, personalisation and positive risk-taking.
