The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support, managing competing deadlines, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the team. This role requires proven experience in audio-typing, with the ability to produce accurate and timely documentation. Strong customer service skills are essential, as you will be responding to enquiries, liaising with clients and colleagues, and maintaining a professional and approachable manner at all times.
