Our client seeks a Commercial & Residential Property Administrator to join their team for a temporary contract. This varied role offers the perfect opportunity to gain valuable experience across all aspects of property administration in a supportive and professional environment. Key Responsibilities: Answering telephone calls and greeting clients professionally. Dealing with and actioning email enquiries promptly. Booking viewings and market appraisals. Managing diaries for negotiators and surveyors. Undertaking general office administration and typing duties. Preparing property details and producing floor plans. Uploading property photographs onto systems. Conducting AML/KYC procedures in accordance with regulations. Creating professional property brochures. Managing display window presentations. Managing property portfolio comprising mainly office properties. Handling invoicing and collection of rent/service charges. Liaising with tenants and contractors regarding maintenance and repairs. Assisting the Commercial Director with property valuation administration. Key Skills & Experience: Strong client service focus with professional approach. Ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively. Previous experience in dealing with the public.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding organisational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel.Confident learning new systems and processes. Strong team player who can also work independently.Ability to work effectively under pressure.
